I know you thought I was despondent over my border fiasco, but nay, I have been really busy getting everything ready for teaching my four day workshop at Dixie McBride’s “Quilter’s Escape” on the Northern California coast. This is the last teaching gig I booked as I have taken a temporary(?) retirement from teaching. Everything is boxed up and on its way and now all I have to do is pray to the shipping gods that it arrives.
So bear with the silent blog a little bit longer until I return. Hopefully I will post some pictures of the experience.
Oh and Block Party Quilter’s of Seattle? Yes, I know I have you inked in for 2010. No worries, I could never forget you.

My friends, Marion, Judy and myself are leaving tomorrow to come to Quilter’s escape to take your class. We are even more excited now that we have seen the project! Nancy
