First off a disclosure, I do have a quilt image and recipe in this book. I do like to cook, especially bake, and I was curious to see what other quilters submitted for Ann Hazelwood’s newest little book (4.5″ x 6″). We couldn’t submit lengthy complicated recipes for obvious space and size reasons, but I think it still worked very well.
It is not a book about quilts or major quilt images and an “oh by the way, here is a recipe”. Rather it is a little RECIPE BOOK with quilt, some only detail, images scattered about like little gems. This not a book on quilting and there are no quilting instructions, just a fun little book with some great recipe contributions from quilters you know and some not familiar at all.
I think there is an abundance of recipes I am eager to try out.
It’a awlays nice to get new recipes and a quilt show to boot : )
If the recipes are as good as the quilts , I may be in even more trouble , LOL !
Any trouble that is quilt related is a guilty pleasure right? At least until the husband finds out. LOL
I think your right about that , especially when your trying to keep him on a food and spending diet , LOL !

I love to bake too, so I must buy this book, the combination of recipes and quilt images, too sweet to resist. Happy birthday to Jason!
